We make every Pryntyx product to order, so delivery times include both production and shipping.
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery starts from £3.95. Your exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on the products in your order.
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE UK delivery.
Production times
As our products are custom made, printed or embroidered especially for you, they require production time before dispatch. Production times vary depending on the product and order requirements.
We check customer-supplied artwork before production. If there is a problem with your artwork, we may contact you before your order is produced. This can extend the overall turnaround time.
Orders containing multiple products
Some Pryntyx products are produced by different specialist print facilities. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because an order is split into separate shipments.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery or dispatch times shown are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. During particularly busy periods, or where there are courier delays or artwork issues, orders may take a little longer.
