SHIPPING POLICY
UK Delivery
We currently offer the following UK delivery options:
Standard Delivery — £3.95
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Delivery options and charges available for your order will be shown at checkout.
Production Times
Most Pryntyx products are personalised or made to order. Production time is therefore required before your order is dispatched.
Production times can vary depending on the product, artwork and printing or manufacturing process. Delivery estimates shown at checkout should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
If there is an issue with your artwork that prevents us from starting production, we may contact you for a replacement file or further information. This may delay production and delivery.
Multiple Products and Deliveries
We work with specialist production partners for different products. If your order contains more than one type of product, items may be produced at different locations and may arrive in separate packages or deliveries.
You will not be charged additional delivery fees after checkout simply because we dispatch an order in more than one package.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@pryntyx.com. We will do our best to update the address before production or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has progressed.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather or unusually high demand.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us and include your order number so we can investigate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly produced, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pryntyx.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, its packaging.

International Delivery
International delivery may be offered to selected destinations in the future. The destinations and delivery options currently available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply to an international order unless stated otherwise at checkout.
